Digital Nomad Visa — Scope of Service

Blueprint Spain offers the following comprehensive immigration support for our Digital Nomad clients.

Case Analysis and Strategic Planning — Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Client's situation to determine the best path for the visa application, tailoring the approach to the Client's personal circumstances.

Customized Timeline and Documentation Roadmap — Develop a comprehensive timeline outlining each step in the application process and a checklist of all required documents, with clear dates for document requests, preparation, and submission.

Sworn Translation — Recommend sworn translators and coordinate the translation of all necessary documents. This service includes the sworn English-to-Spanish translation of birth certificates, marriage certificates, domestic partnership certificates, and criminal records (other documents not listed are separate from service fees).

Certified Copies — Request certified copies of documents, as necessary. When possible, we will request these documents on the Client's behalf; otherwise, we will assist the Client in coordinating the requests to ensure they are obtained correctly (certified copy costs are separate from service fees).

Apostille of the Hague — Provide guidance on obtaining apostilles for required documents (apostille costs are separate from service fees).

Healthcare Consultation — Present options for public and private Spanish medical insurance coverage.

Visa Appointment Coordination — Schedule and coordinate all necessary appointments at the relevant Spanish consulate or government office.

Application Compilation and Submission — Compile and review the application with all supporting documents to minimize any potential issues during government review (submission costs are separate from service fees).

Empadronamiento (register address) & TIE (Spanish ID card) — After the visa is approved, the client is required by Spanish law to register their address and obtain their Spanish ID card for non-EU nationals. Blueprint Spain will complete application forms and schedule the relevant appointments.

Digital Certificate — Request and store the Client's digital certificate, an electronic identity verification software.

Freelancer and Social Security Registration — Register the primary applicant as a freelancer in the Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos database and Spanish social security system.

General Consultation and Best Practices — Offer continuous guidance throughout the process, providing best practices to improve the likelihood of a successful outcome and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
